There is a little town in the middle of Utah called Bicknell. It's definitely a farming community, but they do have a restaurant that is home to the "World Famous Pickle or Pinto Bean Pie"
We thought 'world famous, huh? This we have to try'.
They have a sampler of their famous pies (see picture below)
As you can see, a very interesting assortment of flavors.
But we weren't scared
They weren't too bad. If we had to rank them, it would be:
1-Buttermilk Pie
2-Pickle Pie
3-Oatmeal Pie
4-and Pinto Bean Pie
